Key Responsibilities:
• Assist veterinarians with outpatient cases, surgical procedures, and hospitalized patients.
• Deliver exceptional client communication and education.
• Engage in constructive feedback and adapt to real-time changes.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment.
• Exhibit flexibility in a dynamic setting, responding to urgent or emergent cases as they arise.
• Provide compassionate and supportive interactions with clients, vendors, colleagues, and management.
• Demonstrate solid technical skills, including blood draw techniques, IV catheter placement, medication administration, and proper patient handling.
• Exercise sound judgment in prioritization and communication with clients and team members.
• Work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Advocate for patient welfare while delivering outstanding comfort, diagnostic, surgical, and nursing care.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in veterinary medicine.
• Proficient in both front and back-office procedures.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with organizational abilities and a proactive mindset.
• Ability to thrive in a constantly evolving environment.
• Self-motivated, compassionate, and team-oriented individuals with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
