Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth in the region.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with existing dealers and distributors, while identifying and onboarding new ones.
  • Guide and support distributors in their sales efforts, ensuring they are trained and motivated to meet sales targets.

Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in sales and marketing, with a focus on B2B sales.
  • Fluent communication in Spanish is mandatory.
  • Previous experience selling into Latin America and working with distributors is an asset.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.
