Job Title: Assistant Manager

As a key member of our Beauty team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, delivering exceptional customer service, and leading a team of sales associates to achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a business plan to achieve department volume and productivity goals
  • Coach salespeople to meet or exceed their sales goals and deliver outstanding customer service
  • Act as a fashion role model and product knowledge expert for customers
  • Work with the Department Manager to ensure merchandising and presentation standards are met and accurate inventory management is achieved
Requirements:
  • A track record of successful results, including strong productivity and personal trade
  • Directive selling techniques to set and achieve sales goals
  • The ability to use key metrics to identify opportunities and drive volume
  • Strong organizational and follow-through skills
  • The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • A high school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
