We are in search of a strategic retirement solutions associate to enhance our team. This role involves directly supporting the management and promotion of the department's essential solutions, resources, and services. The Associate will gain exposure to various facets of retirement plan services, including product management, relationship management, marketing, and investment strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborating on departmental initiatives with our team, internal and external experts, and industry partners.
- Actively assisting internal consultants and management by developing informative communications regarding new product launches and updates to existing resources.
- Producing high-quality, current materials for both our advisors and their clients.
- Maintaining marketing and communication resources.
- Supporting Commonwealth's retirement plan investment services, investment tools, and recommended investment lists.
- Organizing and creating promotional content for advisor-focused events and webinars, in partnership with industry collaborators and team stakeholders.
- Serving as a knowledgeable resource for advisors and their teams regarding Commonwealth's Retirement Plan Consulting Program and the department's core offerings.

Additional Skills and Knowledge
- Previous experience in the financial services sector is preferred.
- Industry designations such as CFPA, AIF, or FINRA securities licenses are advantageous.
- A bachelor's degree is a plus.
