About the Role

Pegasystems is seeking a seasoned Learning and Development professional to join our team as a Learning and Development Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for assessing learning and development needs and designing, developing, and executing comprehensive learning initiatives that align with our organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with leaders, business partners, and enablement teams to comprehensively understand learning and development needs.
  • Design, implement, and evaluate learning programs to build and enhance leadership, management, communication, and team/interpersonal skills and knowledge of employees at all levels.
  • Utilize various instructional design methods, including e-learning, workshops, and blended learning approaches, to build and deliver solutions that best meet the organization's development needs.
  • Deliver and facilitate learning through a variety of methods, including in-person, virtual, and e-Learning platforms.
  • Develop and implement feedback tools and a comprehensive set of metrics to evaluate the impact of learning on employee and organizational performance.
  • Stay abreast of the latest innovations and infuse external best practices to leverage technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI).
  • Develop a robust communication strategy by clearly articulating outcomes and impact.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in HR/L&D or equivalent experience.
  • Proven track record of developing and delivering leadership, management, communication, and team/interpersonal development for a global company.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team setting and build constructive relationships with stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills to influence and train at all levels of the organization.
  • Experienced project and program management with the ability to manage multiple cross-functional initiatives.
  • Significant experience in a global environment, preferably in technology companies.
  • Significant cross-cultural awareness and adapts inclusive practices.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible/adaptable to shifting priorities.
  • Certification in instructional design.
  • Certification in learning facilitation and delivery.
  • Experience/Certification in assessments/tools.
