About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team at Gal Manufacturing, a Vantage Elevation Company. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our presence in the Mid-Atlantic territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with elevator contractors and consultants in the Mid-Atlantic region
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through proactive lead generation and qualification
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies and plans
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue growth goals
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a business or technical discipline
  • Minimum of 8 years of technical sales and key account management experience serving the elevator industry
  • At least 5 years of experience in elevator modernization, with a strong understanding of the latest technologies and industry standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented organization
  • Working knowledge of the MS Office suite of software
  • Proven business development skills and previous experience utilizing CRM in managing sales activities
