Job Summary

The Client Services Provider plays a vital role in providing supervision and monitoring to clients in our residential program for homeless adults. This position requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide supervision and monitoring of the facility, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients.
  2. Ensure that clients' basic needs are met, including food, hygiene, and shelter.
  3. Document client activity, rounds, counts, and inspections on appropriate forms.
  4. Answer phone calls and greet clients, visitors, and staff members.
  5. Conduct intakes, provide crisis intervention, and conflict resolution.
  6. Document areas of concern on incident reporting formats.
  7. Organize and lead recreational and life skills activities for clients.
  8. Perform filing and other general office duties.
  9. Conduct routine janitorial duties as needed.
  10. Drive on company business as needed.
Requirements
  1. High school diploma or equivalent required.
  2. Two years' experience in a related field preferred.
  3. Current certification in emergency first aid procedures and CPR.
  4. Demonstrated proficiency in reading and writing.
  5. Ability to document communications, behaviors, and routine facility events accurately and legibly.
  6. Visual observation of the resident population.
  7. Basic computer skills in Microsoft Office and other communication platforms.
  8. Possess a valid driver's license and have access to a dependable means of transportation.
  9. Ability to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.
