Job Summary

The Client Services Provider plays a vital role in providing supervision and monitoring to clients in Victory Village, a residential program for homeless adults. This position requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide supervision and monitoring of facility operations, ensuring a safe and secure environment for clients.
  2. Assist clients in accessing basic needs, including food, hygiene, and shelter.
  3. Document client activity, rounds, counts, and inspections on appropriate forms.
  4. Answer phone calls and respond to door/gate requests in a professional and courteous manner.
  5. Conduct intakes, providing a warm and welcoming experience for new clients.
  6. Provide crisis intervention and conflict resolution, de-escalating situations and promoting a peaceful environment.
  7. Document areas of concern on incident reporting formats, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
  8. Organize and lead recreational and life skills activities for clients, promoting engagement and socialization.
  9. Perform filing and other general office duties, maintaining a organized and efficient workspace.
  10. Conduct routine janitorial duties as needed, ensuring a clean and safe environment.
Requirements
  1. High school diploma or equivalent required.
  2. Two years' experience in a related field preferred.
  3. Current certification in emergency first aid procedures and CPR.
  4. Demonstrated proficiency in reading and writing, with the ability to document communications and behaviors accurately.
  5. Ability to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.
