Job Summary

The Client Services Provider plays a vital role in providing supervision and monitoring to clients in our residential program for homeless adults. This position requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide supervision and monitoring of the facility to ensure a safe and supportive environment for clients.
  2. Ensure that clients' basic needs are met, including food, hygiene, and shelter.
  3. Document client activity, rounds, counts, and inspections on appropriate forms.
  4. Answer phone calls and greet clients at the door/gate.
  5. Conduct intakes and provide crisis intervention and conflict resolution as needed.
  6. Document areas of concern on incident reporting formats.
  7. Plan and implement recreational and life skills activities for clients.
  8. Perform filing and other general office duties as needed.
  9. Conduct routine janitorial/cleaning duties as required.
Requirements
  1. High school diploma or equivalent required.
  2. Two years of supervision experience preferred.
  3. Current certification in emergency first aid procedures and CPR preferred.
  4. Excellent documentation skills and ability to accurately record client interactions.
  5. Ability to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.
