The Client Services Provider plays a vital role in providing supervision and monitoring to clients in our residential program for homeless adults. This position requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide supervision and monitoring of the facility to ensure a safe and supportive environment for clients.
- Ensure that clients' basic needs are met, including food, hygiene, and shelter.
- Document client activity, rounds, counts, and inspections on appropriate forms.
- Answer phone calls and greet clients at the door/gate.
- Conduct intakes and provide crisis intervention and conflict resolution as needed.
- Document areas of concern on incident reporting formats.
- Plan and implement recreational and life skills activities for clients.
- Perform filing and other general office duties as needed.
- Conduct routine janitorial/cleaning duties as required.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Two years of supervision experience preferred.
- Current certification in emergency first aid procedures and CPR preferred.
- Excellent documentation skills and ability to accurately record client interactions.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.
- Competitive pay rate: $20.63/hour.
