Job Summary

The Client Services Provider plays a vital role in providing supervision and monitoring to clients in our residential program for homeless adults. This position requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide supervision and monitoring of facility, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients.
  2. Ensure that clients' basic needs (food, hygiene, shelter) are met, and document any concerns or issues.
  3. Conduct intakes, provide crisis intervention and conflict resolution, and document areas of concern.
  4. Participate in recreational and life skills activities for clients, and perform filing and other general office duties as needed.
  5. Perform routine janitorial duties, and drive on company business as needed.
  6. Think and act quickly and efficiently in emergencies, and maintain a physical presence at the program.
Requirements
  1. High school diploma/GED required, with two years' experience in a related field preferred.
  2. Current certified training in emergency first aid procedures and CPR, and demonstrated proficiency in reading and writing.
  3. Ability to pass a criminal background check, and a pre-employment drug screen and TB test.
  4. Basic computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, Office 365, Teams, Zoom, and other communication/meeting platforms.
  5. Possess a valid driver's license and have access to a dependable means of transportation that is properly insured and operated in accordance with all laws.
