About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in business or marketing, with a proven track record of success in sales and operations. You will be responsible for:

  • Developing consumer and commercial customer solutions to local and national accounts
  • Managing inventory of vehicles, balancing fleet productivity, profitability, and customer satisfaction
  • Generating new business leads and fostering existing customer relationships

You will work closely with our high-energy, driven team to build a solid foundation in sales and operations. With a focus on customer satisfaction, you will enjoy flexible schedules, excellent benefits, associate incentives, and discount programs.
