Overview: As a Senior Business Development Manager at MSCCN, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and expansion through strategic partnerships and client relationships. Job Description: As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for marketing our services via telephone, video meetings, and in-person interactions with hiring managers and decision-makers in administrative and customer support departments. Your duties will include recruiting, interviewing, and matching highly skilled administrative and customer support professionals with clients' projects, contract assignments, and full-time opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Negotiate and develop business with new and current clients.
  • Market our services to potential clients via various channels.
  • Recruit, interview, and match candidates with suitable job openings.
  • Manage ongoing engagements to deliver exceptional customer service.

Requirements:

You must have a BA/BS degree and 2+ years of experience in Business Development, preferably in a metrics-driven environment. Your success in developing new business in a multi-call, multi-decision maker setting is essential. Additionally, you should have working knowledge of Windows Operating System, Microsoft Office Suite, and Contact Management Applications like Salesforce. Familiarity with administrative and customer support department operations is also required.

Salary: The estimated annual salary for this position is $85,000-$110,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
