We are seeking a highly skilled Business Central System Specialist to join our team at Mobility Works in Akron, OH. This role is responsible for the technical administration and functional analysis of our Dynamics 365 Business Central system within a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • System Administration: Configure and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, ensuring system stability, performance, and data integrity.
  • System Integration: Integrate Business Central with other systems, such as CRM, MES, and third-party applications.
  • Performance Monitoring & Troubleshooting: Monitor system performance, address technical issues, and provide day-to-day technical support to users.

In addition to system administration, this role will also focus on business analysis and support. Key responsibilities include:

  • Process Optimization & Customization: Collaborate with manufacturing, finance, and supply chain teams to identify areas where Business Central can streamline processes or increase efficiency.
  • Data Reporting & Analysis: Develop custom reports, dashboards, and analytics using Power BI, SQL, or other reporting tools to support business decision-making.
  • User Support & Training: Provide functional support to Business Central users, assist with system navigation, and conduct user training sessions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (or NAV), preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Business Central configuration, security settings, and customization options.
  • Experience with SQL, Power BI, and other reporting tools for data analysis and reporting.
  • Solid understanding of manufacturing operations, including production planning, inventory, and supply chain management.
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and training skills.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. This role offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth.
