Eleanor Health is a pioneering outpatient addiction and mental health provider dedicated to delivering comprehensive care through innovative value-based payment structures.

As a Business Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in growing our presence in Ohio by establishing strong partnerships with healthcare institutions and physicians. Your primary focus will be on developing sources for member referrals, conducting meetings, and introductions to further our company brand and value to new and existing referral partners and organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including physicians, operations managers, and other influencers within the medical field.
  • Execute on-the-ground strategy to develop partnerships with organizations in our community, including Residential Treatment Centers, PHP/IOP, ED, etc.
  • Utilize CRM in Salesforce to document growth and scale, ensuring seamless data tracking and analysis.
  • Update and document tools to capture field work, such as meetings, phone calls, and introductions, while setting up cadences for follow-up touch points.
  • Identify partnership strategies by organization type to foster long-lasting relationships.
  • Develop internal relationships to gather feedback from our team and improve our referral strategy.

To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent interpersonal communication skills, written communication skills, and active listening abilities. You must also have the ability to build trust quickly and translate complex concepts into actionable strategies. Experience in sales processes and techniques, as well as a track record of success, is essential. Additionally, you should enjoy working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and be able to adapt to changing circumstances.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
  • 3-4 years of sales experience in the medical field
  • Proven track record of success in developing sales processes and techniques
  • Strong interpersonal and written communication skills, active listening abilities
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated annual salary for this position is $75,000, with opportunities for commission and bonus based on performance. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including generous PTO policy, 9 observed company holidays, wellness days, fully covered medical and dental insurance plan, 401(k) plan with 3% match, short-term disability, long-term disability, life insurance, and family medical leave.
