HR Generalist Administrator

Key Responsibilities
- Manage employment records, including hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating employees
- Explain company policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees
- Ensure new hire paperwork is completed and processed
- Inform job applicants of job duties, responsibilities, benefits, schedules, working conditions, promotion opportunities, etc.
- Address employment relations issues, such as work complaints and harassment allegations
- Oversee the hiring process, including coordinating job posts, reviewing resumes, and performing reference checks
- Implement the organization's recruiting strategy
- Interview applicants
- Administer pre-employment tests
- Process transfers, promotions, and terminations
- Conduct training sessions
- Administer on-the-job training programs
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs
- Maintain records of employee participation in all training and development programs
- Analyze job duties
- Assist with processing employee grievances
