About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Client Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the prompt delivery of various on-site work assignments.

Your Impact

As a Client Service Representative, you will have a significant impact on our customers' satisfaction and experience. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Promptly informing supervisors of potential problems or customer concerns
  • Reviewing and responding to management and client requests via various communication channels
  • Providing strong customer service and support
  • Contributing to the creation of the Site Procedure Guide to ensure all account processes are properly recorded
  • Performing device maintenance and upkeep, including cleaning, troubleshooting, and replenishing supplies
  • Assisting end-users with basic functionality of equipment and providing technical support
  • Recording meter reads and maintaining service activity reports
  • Monitoring supplies and restocking inventory
About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with excellent communication and customer service skills. The ideal candidate will have:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent experience
  • Less than one year of related experience
  • Basic computer skills and technical knowledge
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in order to meet deadlines
  • Good customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and adapt to changing situations
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record (may be required)
