About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Client Service Representative to join our team at Canon Solutions America, Inc. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the prompt delivery of various on-site work assignments.

Your Impact

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and effective communication with supervisors, management, and clients via various channels.
  • Contribute to the creation of the Site Procedure Guide to ensure accurate recording of account processes.
  • Perform a range of tasks, including copy/print production, copier maintenance, mail/courier services, reception/office services, shipping/receiving, inventory services, and warehouse duties.
  • Attend cross-functional trainings to ensure ability to provide coverage when short-staffed.
  • Site responsibility and location of coverage may change based on client and/or division needs.
Device Maintenance:

As a Client Service Representative, you will be responsible for customer satisfaction through the performance and maintenance of reprographic equipment at customer locations.

  • Follow established maintenance processes and procedures.
  • Maintain routine upkeep of equipment, including cleaning glass and surfaces, clearing paper jams, replenishing toner, and loading paper.
  • Evaluate equipment issues and notify the service department if unable to resolve.
  • Deliver paper and assist end-users in basic functionality of equipment.
  • Record meter reads and maintain service activity reports.
  • Monitor supplies and restock inventory.
About You:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced individual who possesses the following qualifications:

  • HS Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required, plus less than one year of related experience.
  • Basic computer skills/technical knowledge.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in order to meet deadlines.
  • Good customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to work OT as needed.
