About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Client Service Representative to join our team at Canon Solutions America, Inc. This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the prompt delivery of various on-site work assignments.

Main Responsibilities

Promptly inform supervisors of potential problems or customer concerns.
Review and respond to management and client requests via various communication channels.
Provide strong customer service and contribute to the creation of the Site Procedure Guide.
Perform responsibilities such as Copy/Print Production/Copy Center, Copier Maintenance, Mail/Courier Services, Reception/Office Services, Shipping/Receiving, Inventory Services, Warehouse, File Room/Records File Services based on assigned location.
Attend cross-functional trainings to ensure ability to provide coverage when short-staffed.

Device Maintenance

Responsible for customer satisfaction through the performance and maintenance of reprographic equipment at customer location.
Follow daily, established maintenance processes and procedures.
Maintain routine upkeep of equipment including cleaning glass and surfaces, clearing paper jams, replenishing toner and loading paper.
Evaluate equipment issues and notify service department if unable to resolve.
Deliver paper and assist end users in basic functionality of equipment.
Record meter reads and maintain service activity reports.
Monitor supplies and restock inventory.

About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with a strong focus on customer service and technical skills. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience, plus less than one year of related experience. Basic computer skills and ability to multitask and prioritize are also required. Additionally, the candidate should be able to work with minimal supervision, work overtime as needed, and obtain necessary security clearances. A valid driver's license and acceptable driving record are necessary for this role, as the candidate may be required to drive between multiple client locations. The ability to lift up to 50lbs and spend extended periods of time standing, bending, walking, reaching, and pulling while performing duties is also essential.
