ACL Digital is looking for a dedicated Business Development Associate who possesses the ambition and commitment to enhance our clientele. This role reports directly to the Director of Sales and Marketing. As the primary business development representative, the responsibilities encompass strategizing and nurturing relationships to propel our business model forward. The ideal candidate is a strategic planner, detail-oriented, and exceptionally adaptable to a dynamic environment, with a proven track record in engaging life science partners to foster adoption. This individual will play a crucial role in the organization and in generating new business opportunities. Additionally, the role includes overseeing marketing and customer service initiatives.

Key Areas of Business Growth: The focus areas include Biometrics (Clinical SAS, Clinical Data Management, Biostatistics, Pharmacovigilance, etc.), Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance & Clinical Trials, along with other emerging technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate leads through cold outreach, utilizing our proprietary database, LinkedIn, social media, and various strategic tools.
  • Assist in the development of sales materials for client presentations.
  • Screen potential candidates and provide constructive feedback to the hiring team.
  • Update the Hiring Manager on recruitment status.
  • Deliver insights to company leadership regarding sales-related matters.
  • Manage onboarding processes and negotiate compensation.
  • Continuously promote new positions to top technology professionals by understanding their needs and aspirations.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree and a minimum of one year of experience in sales or business development within a pharmaceutical context.
  • Experience in project management is preferred.
  • A demonstrated history of revenue growth through effective lead generation.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
