BALENCIAGA Retail Sales Specialist
We are looking for a dedicated Retail Sales Specialist to join our team at Balenciaga America Inc.

YOUR ROLE

The Retail Sales Specialist is tasked with delivering exceptional service to our clientele by understanding and fulfilling their unique needs and expectations.

This individual will act as a brand ambassador, embodying the philosophy and values of Balenciaga.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Achieve personal sales targets and contribute to overall store performance, driving business growth.
  • Provide a superior customer service experience while demonstrating in-depth knowledge of our products and the Balenciaga brand narrative, aligned with our client journey.
  • Maintain a comprehensive and organized client database, capturing valuable insights, engaging with clients regularly, and ensuring timely follow-ups on all inquiries or sales.
  • Stay informed about current fashion trends and history, integrating this knowledge into client interactions to offer informed advice.
  • Collaborate effectively within a team environment, fostering open communication and proposing constructive solutions.
  • Assist in executing daily operational tasks in accordance with company guidelines.

WHO YOU ARE
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within the retail or fashion sectors.
  • Proficient in managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, showcasing excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated success in a sales role, consistently exceeding personal and store objectives.
  • Strong commercial awareness and business acumen, driven by a genuine passion for the fashion industry.
  • Strategic mindset to enhance business development and maintain high personal performance standards.
