Gypsy Dreams Farm LLC is a dynamic and growing equestrian lifestyle brand and boutique. We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our sales team.

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled sales professional to promote our products in our retail store, at horse shows, pop-up shops, and private trunk shows. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
  • Collaborate with the sales and management team to develop effective sales strategies
  • Merchandise and maintain the cleanliness of the store
  • Manage inventory and use the point-of-sale system
  • Assist with shipping and receiving for e-commerce as needed
  • Set up, merchandise, and tear down pop-up shops and tents at local events and horse shows
  • Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Previous retail or sales experience preferred
  • Experience with horses or the equestrian world preferred
  • Excellent customer service skills
