About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Print Production Specialist to join our team at Recruiting For Less. As a Print Production Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting all areas of production, including print job setup, binding, and finishing.

Responsibilities
  • Production Coordination: Coordinate and maintain print production schedules to ensure timely and efficient production.
  • Maintenance and Repairs: Schedule and oversee maintenance and repairs of Xerox machines and bindery equipment to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.
  • Printing File Setup: Set up printing files in Adobe and Freeflow to ensure accurate and high-quality prints.
  • Proofing and Quality Control: Print and review printing proofs and make adjustments as needed for full print runs to ensure compliance with client requirements.
  • Pre-Production Setup: Assist with pre-production setup and project workflow to ensure smooth production processes.
  • Print Job Setup: Set up print jobs on perfect binder and saddle stitcher to meet client specifications.
  • Shipping and Logistics: Create FedEx shipping labels and manage supplies to ensure timely and efficient shipping.
  • Customer Communication: Respond to customer status emails and phone calls to provide timely updates and support.
  • Compliance Review: Review documents for printing compliance to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Local Deliveries: Facilitate local hand deliveries and filings to meet client requirements.
Qualifications
  • Computer Experience: Solid computer experience, including proficiency in Adobe and Freeflow.
  • Attention to Detail: Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
  • Initiative: Proactive and self-motivated, with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Desire to Learn: Desire to learn and cross-train in new skills and technologies.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work well with others, including clients, team members, and external partners.
  • Multi-Tasking: Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Availability: Availability to work overtime as needed, with a valid driver's license.
