Job Overview

Are you looking for a multifaceted position that offers opportunities for leadership? We are seeking a dedicated and proactive executive assistant to provide support to our lead supervisor. In this role, you will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating travel arrangements, organizing filing systems, and ensuring that administrative functions within the office operate seamlessly. Ideal candidates should have a passion for planning, organizing, and tackling new challenges.

Compensation:

$40,000+ annually

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage incoming communications, including messages, phone calls, voicemails, memos, and emails, compiling information and reporting to an executive.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for high-level executives.
  • Ensure that essential bookkeeping tasks are completed promptly.
  • Assist executives with additional tasks such as picking up orders and managing personal correspondence.
  • Support executives in meeting preparations and take minutes during meetings.
Required Qualifications:
  • Excellent organizational, communication, time management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent required.
  • Able to meet deadlines and handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a personal assistant or executive assistant role, or a similar capacity.
