Job Summary

The Administrative Assistant provides critical support to the Executive Director and other departments as needed. This role is responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks, including clerical duties, data entry, and communication with staff and external partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provides administrative support to the Executive Director and other departments as needed
  • Performs a variety of clerical duties, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping
  • Assists with communication with staff, external partners, and vendors
  • Coordinates meetings, events, and travel arrangements
  • Maintains accurate and up-to-date records and files
  • Provides exceptional customer service and support to staff and external partners
Requirements
  • Equivalent of two-year college or technical school and three years related experience and/or training
  • Ability to read and interpret documents, write high-quality reports and correspondence, and speak effectively before groups
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
  • Must possess valid California Driver's License, auto insurance, and clean DMV records
Working Conditions

The work environment is typically moderate, with occasional exposure to noise and distractions.
