Position Summary: The Senior Vice President of Strategic Development will play a pivotal role in identifying, cultivating, and managing strategic alliances while securing investment capital essential for the growth of Richtech Robotics. This position demands a comprehensive understanding of financial markets, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to foster relationships with key stakeholders, including industry leaders and financial institutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Direction:
    • Formulate and execute long-term strategic development strategies that align with the vision of Richtech Robotics.
    • Provide guidance and leadership to the strategic development team.
  2. Partnership Development:
    • Identify and build relationships with influential players in the robotics, hospitality, food and beverage, and healthcare sectors.
    • Develop and oversee strategic partnerships that align with Richtech Robotics' goals and enhance market presence.
    • Negotiate and structure partnership agreements to ensure mutual benefits.
  3. Investment Strategy:
    • Identify and assess potential strategic investment opportunities.
    • Lead initiatives to secure investment capital from venture capitalists, private equity firms, and other financial entities.
    • Prepare and present comprehensive investment proposals, financial models, and business plans to prospective investors.
  4. Investor Engagement:
    • Establish and maintain robust relationships with current and prospective strategic investors.
    • Provide regular updates to investors and address their inquiries.
    • Manage investor expectations and ensure alignment with corporate objectives.
  5. Financial Oversight:
    • Supervise financial analysis and modeling to evaluate strategic investment opportunities.
    • Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
  6. Compliance and Risk Management:
    • Ensure adherence to all relevant regulations and standards throughout the strategic investment process.
    • Identify and mitigate financial risks associated with strategic investments and partnerships.
  7. Market Analysis:
    • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive dynamics within the financial and strategic partnership sectors.
    • Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on market analysis.
  8. Cross-Department Collaboration:
    • Work closely with other departments, including finance, legal, and operations, to ensure strategic development plans align with overall business objectives.
    • Act as a strategic advisor to senior management on partnership and investment matters.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; MBA or relevant certification is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in strategic development, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or corporate finance at a senior level.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial instruments, investment strategies, and market trends.
  • Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and MS Office Suite.
  • Prior experience in investment banking and investment funds is highly preferred.
