- Sales and Service: Assist customers in selecting the right products and services, process sales transactions, and maintain accurate records.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on product features, benefits, and applications to provide expert advice to customers.
- Store Operations: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including stocking shelves, setting up displays, and loading/unloading delivery trucks.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to achieve sales goals, share knowledge, and support each other in providing excellent customer service.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English and Spanish, with the ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate effectively.
- Age and Authorization: Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the country of employment.
- Physical Demands: Able to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Availability: Willing to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Driver's License: Valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
- Education: High School diploma or GED.
- Experience: At least one year of experience in a delivery, retail, or customer service position, with a focus on selling paint and paint-related products.
