Job Summary

F.H. Cann & Associates is seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to support a state-wide program. This role will involve providing exceptional customer service, handling in-bound calls, and performing data entry tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and be able to handle sensitive information with discretion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide customer service via phone and respond to inquiries using pre-scripted responses.
  • Make occasional out-bound calls to customers and stakeholders.
  • Enter data into computer systems and maintain accurate records.
  • Offer compassionate and tactful service to customers and community members.
  • Operate multiple applications, databases, and computer programs.
  • Provide superior customer service and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Requirements
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
  • Excellent data entry and typing skills.
  • Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations and maintain a professional demeanor.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Well-organized, results-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Working from Home Requirements
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection with a minimum of 25 MBPS upload and download speeds.
  • Private, quiet, and distraction-free workspace.
Preferred Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Previous call center experience preferred.
Security Clearance Requirements
  • May be required to pass federal background screening and/or state-level criminal background screening.
