Job Summary

The Customer Service Representative is an entry-level position that reports to the Customer Service Management team. The ideal candidate will provide effective customer service for all internal and external customers by responding to customer and sales representatives' inquiries, processing orders, and developing customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer and sales representative correspondence, including processing orders and following up on shipments.
Reply to emails and provide customers with order quotes and price lists.
Create export documentation and handle clearance issues with couriers.
Answer phone calls promptly and provide accurate information to customers.
Monitor and create a report of daily order activity and shipping.
Create blanket orders and assist with domestic distributors.
Work with Square 9, Chat Bot, and customer purchasing programs.
Provide support to other departments as needed.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED equivalent.
0-2 years of experience in Customer Service.
Skilled in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work well with others and work in a team environment.
Ability to pay attention to detail and work with deadlines/delivery dates.

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of Sales Ordering Systems.
Multilingual is a plus.

Physical Requirements

This position requires long hours of sitting, using office equipment, and frequent communication with customers. The ideal candidate must be able to provide accurate information and work well under pressure.
