Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Client Services Representative to join our team at Adecco USA. As a key member of our support staff, you will be responsible for managing onboarding pipelines, client bases, and equipment readiness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, verify, and update Support Plans and communicate with Case Managers and Support Circles
  • Ensure client satisfaction, document/report issues, and handle inquiries
  • Organize meetings, manage calendars, and complete administrative tasks (filing, typing, correspondence, etc.)

Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree or management experience preferred. Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills. Proficient in company policies, software systems, and state-required training. Estimated salary: $21.00 per hour.
