Client Service Specialist

Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, customers, and/or third parties of assigned accounts.
- Receive, research, and resolve client questions and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
- Facilitate oral and written communications to ensure clients receive timely and accurate information.
- Maintain necessary documentation related to client interactions and identify potential customer service issues with your supervisor.
- Participate in creating and maintaining a high-quality work environment that fosters motivation and productivity among team members.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of recent experience in a customer-facing role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Ability to interpret various instructions and communicate effectively with employees, clients, and customers in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat.
