Job OverviewPrideStaff, a national staffing organization, is seeking an experienced Client Service Specialist to join our Incentives Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences and ensuring timely, efficient, and accurate service to our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, customers, and/or third parties of assigned accounts.
  • Receive, research, and resolve client questions and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Facilitate oral and written communications to ensure clients receive timely and accurate information.
  • Maintain necessary documentation related to client interactions and identify potential customer service issues with your supervisor.
  • Participate in creating and maintaining a high-quality work environment that fosters motivation and productivity among team members.

Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of recent experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Ability to interpret various instructions and communicate effectively with employees, clients, and customers in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat.
