Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Manager to join our team at The Westin San Diego Gaslamp Quarter. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the front desk, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage front desk operations, including supervising staff, handling guest complaints, and resolving conflicts.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize front desk operations and drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and achieve business objectives.
  • Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities to front desk staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 2 years of experience in a similar role preferred.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in hotel management software and systems, with the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
