Job Summary:

ConnextCare is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Finance Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process Patient Service Revenue Weekly: Accurately and efficiently process patient service revenue, ensuring timely and accurate payment.
  • Complete all Office Supply Ordering: Coordinate and manage office supply ordering, ensuring that all necessary materials are available when needed.
  • Process Mail Daily: Sort and distribute mail, ensuring that all correspondence is handled in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Enter all Purchase Orders into Microix software: Accurately and efficiently enter purchase orders into our software system, ensuring that all transactions are recorded correctly.
  • Prepare Monthly 340B Allocations: Prepare and submit monthly 340B allocations, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
  • Comply with Finance policies and procedures: Ensure that all financial processes and procedures are followed accurately and in accordance with company policies.
  • Be present and available to participate in any way needed during the annual Financial Audit: Participate in the annual financial audit, providing support and assistance as needed.
  • Ensure compliance of GAAP standards: Ensure that all financial reporting and accounting practices are in compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) standards.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as may be requested by supervisor and/or management: Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor and/or management.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge/Education Requirements: High School Diploma and minimum 3 years business-related experience or associates degree.
  • Verbal and written communication skills: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with staff, supervisors, management, and visitors.
  • Use proper judgment and decision making skills: Use sound judgment and decision-making skills to resolve problems and make informed decisions.
  • Comply and enforcing the organizations code of conduct, safety rules and adheres to all company policies: Comply with and enforce the organization's code of conduct, safety rules, and adhere to all company policies.
