Key Responsibilities:
- Process Patient Service Revenue Weekly: Accurately and efficiently process patient service revenue, ensuring timely and accurate payment.
- Complete all Office Supply Ordering: Coordinate and manage office supply ordering, ensuring adequate stock levels and minimizing waste.
- Process Mail Daily: Sort and distribute mail, ensuring timely and secure delivery.
- Enter all Purchase Orders into Microix software: Accurately and efficiently enter purchase orders into our software system, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Prepare Monthly 340B Allocations: Prepare and submit monthly 340B allocations, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
- Comply with Finance policies and procedures: Adhere to and enforce company finance policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
- Be present and available to participate in any way needed during the annual Financial Audit: Participate in the annual financial audit, providing support and assistance as needed.
- Ensure compliance of GAAP standards: Ensure that all financial processes and procedures comply with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) standards.
- Other duties and responsibilities as may be requested by supervisor and/or management: Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor and/or management.
Requirements:
- Knowledge/Education Requirements: High School Diploma and minimum 3 years business-related experience or associates degree.
- Verbal and written communication skills: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with staff, supervisors, and management.
- Use proper judgment and decision making skills: Demonstrate sound judgment and decision-making skills, with the ability to make informed decisions in a timely manner.
- Comply and enforcing the organizations code of conduct, safety rules and adheres to all company policies: Adhere to and enforce company policies, including code of conduct and safety rules.
- Carry out job responsibilities in an ethical, effective and professional manner: Perform job responsibilities in an ethical, effective, and professional manner, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
