About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Specialist to join our dynamic team at Artiva Biotherapeutics. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with 7+ years of experience in HR to take on a leadership role and drive strategic initiatives across the organization.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employee relations, recruitment, benefits administration, and compliance. As a key member of the People & Culture Department, you will oversee daily operations, manage employee data, and support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective HR strategies to enhance employee engagement and retention.
  • Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and reference checks.
  • Administer compensation programs, benefits, and performance management systems.
  • Provide guidance on employment laws and regulations, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local requirements.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to develop HR policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in HR, preferably in biotechnology or a related industry.
  • SHRM-CP or PHR certification desirable.
