Sales Manager for High-Growth Startup

We're seeking a seasoned Sales Manager to spearhead our Account Executive function at Dandy. This individual will play a pivotal role in our new GTM strategy, collaborating closely with Sales and Executive leadership.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a comprehensive AE team structure and strategy, encompassing inbound and outbound sales processes.
- Hire, train, and develop a high-performing team of Account Executives.
- Create foundational training documents, including call scripts and career ladders.
- Lead by example, occasionally participating in calls to demonstrate best practices.
- Utilize Salesforce and other sales tools to maximize team impact.
- Collaborate seamlessly with senior sales leadership to meet high-level KPIs and revenue targets.
- 4+ years of sales experience in a high-growth startup environment, with at least 2 years managing teams of 5+ individual reps (SaaS work is highly preferred).
- Track record of success in sales; ideally, you started as an SDR/BDR and moved into management through exceptional performance.
- Experience creating training programs and process documentation.
- Desire to navigate ambiguity and ramp up quickly with limited resources.
- Experience with standard sales tools and a desire to explore and implement new tools to further streamline the sales process.
- Overall track record of professional and academic success.
- Outstanding professional references to share.
- Experience with marketplace models.
- Part of a startup acquisition or IPO.
- Relentlessly positive attitude, strong sense of humor, and the ability to have fun at work.
