Administrative Operations Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Operations Coordinator to provide professional support in ensuring full office management, scheduling, and effective representation of administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clerical Functions Coordination: Track invoices, direct mail processing and distribution, coordinate departmental events, and manage correspondence.
- Time Keeping and Payroll Management: Oversee Time Keeping and Payroll functions for the program, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Credentialing Process Coordination: Coordinate credentialing process for temporary staff, ensuring timely completion and compliance.
- Check Request Submissions and Purchasing Coordination: Oversee check request submissions and coordinate purchasing, invoicing, and accounts payable functions.
- Interdepartmental Communication: Facilitate communication within departments and among other departments or program site locations, promoting collaboration and efficiency.
Requirements: 5+ years of experience in office administration required. High School Diploma/GED. Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and related work experience.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Estimated Salary: $27.46 per hour (based on the national average)
- Benefits Package: Accrued vacation days, sick days, holidays, participation in 403(b), voluntary benefits, discounted membership, and pay for eligible commuter expenses.
