Job Overview:
At Ward Getz and Associates PLLC, we are seeking a dedicated Client Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service and support throughout their project lifecycles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary contact for all inquiries and support.
  • Serve as a trusted consultant, gaining a deep understanding of client needs and objectives.
  • Oversee the invoicing process, collaborating with the Billing Manager to ensure precision and promptness.
  • Lead business development initiatives to meet revenue targets for the Central Texas Site Development division.
  • Address accounts receivable challenges and resolve any billing issues presented by clients.
  • Implement effective communication strategies to facilitate seamless interactions with clients.
  • Conduct regular updates and meetings to keep clients informed on project progress.
  • Manage and support the Central Texas Site Development team, promoting a healthy team environment aligned with company values.
  • Identify training opportunities for team members and foster their professional growth.
  • Ensure project teams comprehend and meet client expectations regarding scope, fees, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers to maintain project alignment and execution.
  • Work closely with project teams to ensure design solutions meet client goals, encouraging innovative approaches.
  • Provide strategic oversight on projects, enhancing their success through high-level guidance.
  • Conduct quality assurance checks on significant project milestones.
  • Continuously evaluate client satisfaction throughout project execution.
  • Promptly address any concerns to exceed client expectations.
  • Measure success through client retention rates, satisfaction metrics, and project value.
  • Develop strategies to improve client retention and secure new projects.
  • Assist in preparing proposals with input from project teams and leadership.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Texas PE License is mandatory.
  • Demonstrated experience in client management within the civil engineering sector.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient negotiation and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to cultivate and sustain long-term client relationships.
  • Familiarity with civil engineering industry standards and best practices.
