Position Overview: The Area Services Supervisor is responsible for assessing, overseeing, and providing administrative management of supportive services across various properties within the Prospera portfolio. This role is crucial in ensuring the successful execution of activities and program initiatives aligned with organizational goals, particularly focusing on the Non-Medical Drivers of Health.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the implementation and compliance of Resident Services initiatives and policies to meet organizational standards.
  • Collaborate with partner organizations to deliver consistent programs and services within the Resident Services Department.
  • Enhance the efficiency and quality of supportive services through continuous training, guidance, and leadership, fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Conduct regular quality assurance audits to verify adherence to all relevant federal, state, local, and grantor regulations.
  • Assist in the development and management of the Resident Services budget for each property.
  • Perform quarterly on-site property evaluations.
  • Participate in monthly meetings with Regional Managers.
  • Provide ongoing support to ensure accurate and timely data entry.
  • Coordinate with Property Management Regional Managers and their teams to facilitate effective communication and cooperation regarding resident assistance and related services.
  • Lead weekly meetings with Resident Services Managers to discuss ongoing projects and initiatives.
  • Prepare and submit bi-annual property reports, ensuring high-quality content and timely submission.
  • Support the Communications and Fund Development Department in outreach efforts, including content creation for various platforms.
  • Ensure timely communication regarding grant and project deliverables, guiding Resident Services Managers to meet expectations.
  • Manage all administrative processes related to personnel, including performance evaluations and salary reviews.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Managed Care Organizations (MCOs) and similar partners to enhance the effectiveness of Resident Services.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Services or a related field is required.
  • A minimum of three years of experience in supportive services or a related area is essential.
  • Community Health Worker certification is required or must be obtained within one year of employment.
  • Professional Service Coordinator certification is required or must be obtained within one year of employment.
  • Five years of management experience is preferred.

Physical and Mental Requirements:

  • Able to work at a computer for extended periods.
  • Able to stand and walk for long durations, both indoors and outdoors.
  • Capable of navigating large properties and participating in physical activities.
  • Able to perform general office tasks such as filing, emailing, and data entry.
  • Regular attendance and effective communication with others are essential.
