  • Customer Engagement: Engage with clients of all ages, from 4 to 94+, by creating an environment of fun and creativity.
  • Party Execution: Demonstrate and instruct party participants in the completion of craft projects, perform face painting and other activities.
  • Event Execution: Facilitate and implement party add-ons such as goody bags, balloons, etc. to company standards.
  • Communication: Communicate events with clients and store team members.
  • Administrative Tasks: Complete administrative tasks such as answering emails, making phone calls, and completing paperwork as needed.
  • Problem-Solving: Adjust plans and events based on client's feedback and needs.
  • Backup Plans: Create backup or emergency plans to be executed as needed.
  • Client Satisfaction: Ensure client satisfaction for scheduled events.
  • Cleanliness and Safety: Uphold the company's cleanliness and safety standards. Set up, break down, and clean before and after each event.
Customer Experience:
  • Customer Service: Help customers shop, locate products, and provide them with solutions.
  • Checkout Experience: Provide fast and friendly check out experience.
  • Rewards Program: Engage customers on benefits of Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments.
  • Voice of Customer (VOC) Survey: Educate customer on Voice of Customer (VOC) survey.
  • Omni Channel Processes: Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
  • Merchandise Recovery: Participate in the truck un-load, stocking and planogram (POGs) processes.
  • Merchandise Maintenance: Complete merchandise recovery and maintenance.
  • Shrink and Safety Programs: Support shrink and safety programs.
  • Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs to ensure compliance with applicable laws and requirements; execute Company policies and standards.
  • Teamwork: Interact with others in an accepting and respectful manner; remain positive and respectful, even in difficult situations; promote commitment to the organization's vision and values; project a positive image and serve as a role model for other Team Members.
  • Cross-Training: Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production.
  • Store Cleanliness: Participate in daily store cleanliness activities including (but not limited to) sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and maintaining cleanliness of restrooms.

  • Public Retail Store Setting: Public retail store setting taking care of our customers; all public areas are climate controlled; some stock rooms may not be climate controlled; some outdoor work if assigned to retrieve shopping carts or while unloading trucks; Frame shop contains glass cutter and heat press; work hours include nights, weekends, and early mornings.
