Operations Administrator Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Administrator to join our team at Advisor Employee Services. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to our financial advisors, ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to financial advisors, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and expense reporting.
  • Manage client relationships, including communication, data entry, and record-keeping.
  • Assist with marketing efforts, including event planning, social media management, and content creation.
  • Perform data entry, record-keeping, and other administrative tasks as needed.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve business objectives and improve processes.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a financial services industry.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
