Administrative Support Coordinator

The Administrative Support Assistant plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our organization. Reporting directly to the Administrative Executive Assistant, this individual will provide administrative support to the Senior TLC Leadership Team, including tasks such as employee recognition, staff store management, and conference room scheduling.
This position requires excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Microsoft applications, have a solid understanding of confidentiality, and be able to provide excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provides administrative support to the Senior TLC Leadership Team, including employee recognition and staff store management.
- Manages the scheduling of conference room reservations and ensures conference rooms are equipped for meetings.
- Places and coordinates catering for meetings and events as requested.
- Creates visually appealing PowerPoint presentations for meetings and events.
- Serves as the scribe for meetings and manages the Senior TLC admin credit card.
- Assists with registering team members for conferences and coordinates new hire on-boarding.
- Oversees uniform provision process for new hires and annual work anniversaries.
- Supports the organization's mission, vision, and values.
