Wilson Financial Group is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Administrator to support the Chief Advisor in ensuring smooth operations within the office.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. They will be responsible for installing and maintaining clear procedures for account opening, transfer of accounts, and ongoing client service.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring firm compliance with all applicable rules and policies
  • Developing and refining HR policies and goals
  • Communicating with broker/dealer and product sponsor contacts
  • Processing new client applications
  • Handling servicing of specific client accounts
  • Managing Advisors calendar and preparing for client meetings
  • Keeping CRM updated
  • Attending seminars and workshops
  • Working independently to meet personal business goals

The Operations Administrator will work closely with the Chief Advisor to ensure the smooth operation of the office and provide exceptional client service.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in a professional office environment
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite
  • Comfortable with CRM platforms
  • Industry experience
  • Knowledge of financial service platforms

Salary: $50,000-$70,000/year based on experience
