Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Shoe Coordinator to join our team. As a Shoe Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our shoe department, including training and motivating staff, handling multi-tasks, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Train and motivate staff to provide excellent customer service
Handle multi-tasks, including managing inventory, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment
Provide excellent customer service, including answering questions, making recommendations, and resolving issues
Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store environment

Requirements:

At least 6 months experience as a department manager in a retail store
Excellent ability to train and motivate staff
Able to handle multi-tasks
Friendly and courteous with a positive attitude
Strong interpersonal skills
Able to organize and prioritize work
Must be punctual
Must be organized
Must have great attention to detail
Must be a team-player
