Mills Auto Group seeks a highly skilled Automotive Financial Operations Manager to oversee the financial data management for all dealership departments. This role requires strong analytical and organizational skills to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with dealership guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and analyze financial data for all dealership departments.
- Prepare and present financial reports to the controller and management team.
- Supervise and train office personnel to ensure efficient and accurate financial operations.
- Reconcile select accounts monthly and prepare sales commission/chargeback detail reports.
- Assist with preparation of tax reports, tax deposits, and tax returns in a timely and accurate manner.
- Stay up-to-date with current factory incentives and codes deliveries on the dealership computer system.
- Participate in preparation for the annual audit and review accounting information to identify and resolve inaccuracies or imbalances.
- Attend managers' meetings as requested and perform other tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience as an office manager in an automotive dealership. Prior experience with CDK DMS system is preferred.
