Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Transformation Program Manager to join our team at Criteo. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving business transformation initiatives, leading cross-functional teams, and optimizing workflows using Salesforce and other internal tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business transformation and improve operational efficiency.
  • Partner with key internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement new business processes and procedures.
  • Collaborate with the global retailer training program to ensure seamless integration and effective knowledge transfer.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales enablement, training, or related fields, ideally in a global or regional setting.
  • Strong background in project management, with experience leading cross-functional teams through business transformation initiatives.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools, and the ability to optimize workflows to support business goals.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and partner with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

What We Offer:

  • $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
