We are seeking an experienced Executive Director of Service Operations to lead our service operations team in the Minneapolis/St. Paul region. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, improving customer satisfaction, and ensuring the highest level of service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a regional business operations plan to achieve financial and non-financial objectives
  • Manage a team of Service Sales Representatives and Field Superintendents to deliver high-quality service and drive business growth
  • Develop and maintain strong commercial relationships with key customers and industry consultants
  • Grow portfolio unit count and value above market standards
  • Manage field service activities, including parts inventory, company tools, vehicles, and other fixed assets
  • Responsible for asset management measures, billing procedures, and legal interface
  • Drive process and tooling compliance across service Sales & Ops
  • Manage and drive field personnel safety requirements
  • Maintain and lead all necessary service meetings
  • Monitor and approve all overtime requests
Requirements
  • 10-15 years of experience in the elevator industry or a service-oriented business
  • Experience managing a full P&L for an industrial company
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • SAP experience is preferred
