The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the position of Vice President of Operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction, project management, and revenue forecasting to oversee our company's operational activities and drive business growth.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing construction projects, optimizing operational processes, and forecasting revenue to support company objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all aspects of the company's operational activities, including construction project management, revenue forecasting, resource allocation, and budget management.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize operational efficiency, streamline processes, and drive business growth.
  • Lead and mentor the operational team to ensure high performance, accountability, and alignment with company goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify operational challenges, develop solutions, and implement best practices.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational effectiveness and deliver measurable results.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Establish strong relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of projects and initiatives.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory requirements to inform strategic planning and decision-making.
  • Prepare and present regular reports to executive leadership on operational performance, project status, and key metrics.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Serve as a key liaison between operational functions and other departments, ensuring effective communication and alignment of goals.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in a senior leadership role overseeing construction/installation and project management.
  • Strong strategic thinking and decision-making skills with a focus on achieving organizational goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and lead change initiatives.
  • In-depth knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in operational management.
Compensation
  • The base salary range for this position is between $225,000 and $300,000, based on full-time employment.
  • Actual salaries are based on several factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, experience, certifications, and work location.
