  • POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Housekeeper/Home Health Aide (HHA) plays a vital role in providing housekeeping services to residents, ensuring cleanliness, orderliness, and safety for residents, visitors, and team members at all times.

  • KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Perform cleaning duties in resident apartments, including changing linens, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing
- Maintain cleanliness in common areas and public restrooms
- Organize and manage the housekeeping cart
- Report maintenance issues to supervisors
- Address resident inquiries and concerns in a professional manner
- Complete assigned tasks as required

  • HEALTH AND SAFETY PRECAUTIONS:

  • PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds independently
- Capability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Perform physical activities such as climbing, bending, and stooping
