Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement music therapy programs tailored to meet the physical, emotional, cognitive, and social needs of clients, aimed at promoting overall wellness, managing stress, alleviating discomfort, expressing emotions, enhancing memory, and improving communication skills.

- Act as a knowledgeable resource, providing musical experiences that support patient care.

- Design and facilitate music sessions for both individuals and groups, aligning with the specific needs of clients.

- Collaborate with other team members to coordinate therapy efforts and share insights regarding the effectiveness of music therapy interventions.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.

- Board Certified Music Therapist credential.

- Preferred experience of at least 2 years in the field.

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Pediatric Care.

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Behavioral or Mental Health settings.

Compensation: Competitive hourly wage structure.
