Position Overview:
KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate to contribute to our Federal Advisory practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize diverse communication techniques to effectively reach target audiences.
- Collaborate with clients to devise and refine communication strategies that align with their objectives.
- Provide expert guidance to clients, including high-level interactions with C-suite executives, fostering credible relationships.
- Leverage functional and industry expertise to identify and address complex client challenges.
- Assist in the creation of communication materials that support transformation initiatives and the adoption of innovative technologies and processes.
- Lead and support the formulation of comprehensive communication plans, including stakeholder analysis, content creation, and strategic communication approaches.
Qualifications:
- At least three years of experience in strategic communications.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
- Experience working with federal departments, agencies, or in the private sector on developing and implementing strategic communication documents, including talking points, briefings, and informational materials.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Willingness to travel as necessary to support firm engagements.
- U.S. citizenship is required, along with an active U.S. Federal government TS/SCI + Poly security clearance.
